Meet Sari

Sari Laitinen, attorney-at-law and Juris Doctor (USA), is a trusted advisor to businesses and management in their US legal questions. Sari has worked as a US business lawyer for over 25 years. During her career, Sari has counseled NASDAQ and NYSE listed companies, as well as investors and VC funded start-up companies.  She advises businesses in all stages of development – from incorporation to exit.

Sari’s clients are primarily engaged in technologies such as mobile apps, IoT, games, SaaS/PaaS, sports and health tech, and cybersecurity.  She often works with companies in co-operation with their Finnish or European counsel.

She is a frequent lecturer on US business law and also teaches US Constitutional Law.
